Matt Randolph

CEO

Matt has nearly twenty years experience in business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing. Prior to founding Spear Marketing, he ran Pro Concepts International (PCI), a full-service advertising agency named to the Inc. 500 in 2007 and 2008. Previously, he held key management roles in sales, marketing, operations, and finance at leading corporations including Verizon and Nissan North America. Matt is a dedicated change agent and a board member of several non-profit organizations. At Spear, he holds primary responsibility for business operations, product development, and financial management.

Howard J. Sewell

President

Howard has worked in high-tech sales and marketing for more than twenty-five years. He started his marketing career at Oracle Corporation, before leaving to start his own B2B direct marketing agency, Connect Direct (CDI) and growing the firm to be one of the nation’s leading B2B agencies. Howard authors Spear’s blog, “The Point,” where he writes on topics that include demand generation, content marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing. Named one of the “Top 50 Influencers in B2B Marketing,” Howard’s primary responsibilities at Spear are focused on business development, marketing, and campaign strategy.

Tom Meriam

Vice President, Business Development

Tom has worked in sales and business development for more than fifteen years, including senior roles at leading high-technology and media companies. Prior to joining Spear, his accomplishments include helping launch the first social media voting platform for reality shows, and adding more than half a million buyers to a digital advertising marketplace. At Spear, Tom has primary responsibility for growing the firm’s client roster and for expanding opportunities with technology and service partners.

Tracy Ciampi

Vice President, Client Services

Tracy has more than fifteen years experience in both agency and client-side roles covering marketing management, marketing communications, and client services. Her work includes management positions with E.piphany, Siebel, OnLink, Bravanta, Blanc & Otus, and Connect Direct. Tracy manages the account team at Spear and her day-to-day role combines client relations, account development, and campaign strategy.

Gilda Raczkowski

Creative Director

Gilda has worked in marketing and creative services for more than twenty years, including senior positions at companies such as Apple, AT&T, Regis McKenna, and Yahoo! Gilda brings a unique combination of both creative and strategic expertise to her work for Spear, having extensive experience as a marketing writer as well as a background in driving marketing programs for small business, enterprise, and consumer markets. Gilda works closely with the Spear design team to ensure that the creative end product helps to maximize the success of every client program.

Laura McInerney

Art Director

Laura has more than eight years experience in art direction and graphic design. Laura directs the design team at Spear and works closely with the creative director to develop visually engaging designs that support our clients’ strategic goals. With an extensive background in both print and online media, Laura has developed award-winning campaigns across both business and consumer industries.

Dan Reed

Director, Marketing Automation

Dan has more than ten years experience in Web technology, email marketing, and marketing automation. Prior to joining Spear, Dan put his computer science degree to work in technical marketing roles at Apple and online book marketplace, Alibris. He manages Spear’s technical production team, and is responsible for the agency’s marketing automation practice, helping customers optimize their lead lifecycle and revenue funnel. Dan is a certified Marketo Technical Consultant.
