We're looking for a personable, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our account team. The account executive leads the internal account support team to deliver highly effective demand generation, lead management, and integrated marketing initiatives including email, content syndication, SEM, social media, and lead nurturing for a select group of clients. The account executive is also responsible for cultivating existing client relations and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Hours are flexible - leading to full-time with benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishes immediate credibility with clients based on past successes and develops an acute understanding of their business, marketing requirements and ROI objectives
  • Leads and communicates clearly with internal account support team and client to successfully execute programs based upon client objectives and to keep projects on track and within budget parameters
  • Manages internal and external conflicting interests as they arise; seeks mutually beneficial problem resolution
  • Cultivates existing client relations and ensures ongoing client satisfaction
  • Working with the Spear business development team, identifies opportunities for continued business development and generates inside-sales activities within assigned client companies and potential prospect companies
  • Helps drive the growth of the company through the development and establishment of successful and highly satisfied client relationships
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years previous marketing/agency experience strongly preferred. Online experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple clients
  • Ability to lead and manage client expectations and work effectively with internal account support team
  • Ability to work effectively within predetermined budgets and project fees
  • Enjoys working with different types of personalities and skill levels
  • Excellent computer skills - proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with project management software

We are looking for a talented, tech-savvy writer to join our creative team. Projects might include email campaigns, landing pages, webinar invitations, and more. Our clients are leaders in high-technology, green energy, real estate, and other sectors.

This is a part-time, (15-20 hours) contract position that combines the flexibility of working from a home office with the support, resources and benefits of a larger organization. Note: this is not a freelance assignment. We only need someone on a project basis initially, but you should be open to full-time work within 2-3 months or sooner. Responsibilities:
  • Research client's product or service thoroughly to ensure proper understanding
  • Complete projects in a timely manner consistent with schedule provided by account executive
  • Assist account executive in developing creative strategy
  • Communicate clearly with account team and client to best understand program objectives
  • Receive, evaluate and discuss client feedback; help resolve issues/concerns where necessary

Technical Production Associate
Primary responsibility will be to build and deploy emails and web pages for our clients' marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a skilled creative/technical person who knows how to multitask, is a self starter and works with limited supervision. The position will need to have a strong knowledge of web development and HTML. He/she will work side-by-side with our designers and production staff to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up creative in marketing automation or email broadcast system
  • Test creative in multiple browsers
  • Receive, reformat, and import lists for program deployment
  • Work with clients to set up the technical aspects of their marketing campaigns:
    • single email broadcasts
    • triggered campaigns
    • multi-step campaigns
    • lead scoring
  • Manage tracking/analysis
  • Test program functionality
  • Work with account staff, traffic manager, and production manager to ensure on-time and quality delivery

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years previous marketing/agency experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with lead management/marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Manticore, Eloqua, etc.) a huge plus
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
